That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. Soap is a personal care product that cannot be resold - once it leaves the shop it is out of our hands. Refunds will also not be given for reactions or allergies. All ingredients are stated clearly for each product on our website and on the products themselves - Please be sure to read ingredients carefully before proceeding your purchase.

Shipping:
Orders will typically ship in 2-5 business days. If you live locally and want to pick up your order, please select local pick up. We have meet up spots in Lakeland and Winter Haven for "local pick up." We will not deliver to your house. We will reach out to you via text to set up a time and location to meet.

Each bar of soap is handmade in small batches. There are no two bars the same, even when made in the same batch. Batches will vary in color and design as well. Please keep in mind that the actual bar of soap you will receive may not be the exact bar pictured. Due to color and design changes, I do photograph each batch to post for sale. This will give you a better idea of the color and design of what you will be receiving.
